How clean is too clean?
These days, almost every building we enter has a bottle of hand disinfectant near the door.
Some visitors to Japan have commented that this is strange and think that Japanese people are too concerned about being clean.
Do you use hand disinfectant when you enter a building? Do you wash your hands when your return home?
How often do you clean your house or room? Do you change and wash your clothes every day?
If you drop food on the floor, will you pick it up, blow it off/dust it off and eat it?
Have you ever walked barefoot in your garden or on the street?
What are your thoughts about these things? Many visitors to Japan want to know about Japanese customs and thinking.
You can talk about the above topics, or you can talk about other related topics!
